Classical Choreography
This activity is adapted for amateurs and is very close to ballet classes performed by the real ballerinas. It takes place accompanied by the slow classical music. Stretching

The combination of dynamic and static load is the best training method for amateurs. Going for parterre choreography, you prepare your body to acquire more complex movements for further choreography lessons.

You can come to this lesson without pointe-shoes and do excercises just on your feet. The exercises that girls will do in pointe-shoes can be repeated without pointe-shoes on.

You don't have to worry about this. All our students once came to their first trial lesson. Most students started from scratch. At the trial lesson, you will be among the same beginners. The individual approach along with personal teacher's attention will help you feel as comfortable as possible.

All you need is a change of clothes. For the first lesson, it will be enough to bring tight-fitting leggings, a T-shirt and socks with you. You will also need to bring indoor shoes with you to walk through the studio to the training hall, though you can also stay in socks.
