Putting on the pointe-shoes
Pointe-shoes excercises involve general strengthening of your legs and feet and pointe work at the barre. However, this course is suitable for any skill level. The lesson is divided into two phases: we devote 30-40 minutes to warm up the feet, stretch them and pump them up. Only after that we put on pointe-shoes, learn how to stand near the barre, and do elementary exercises. You can come to this lesson without pointe-shoes and do excercises just on your feet.
