If you are slightly late for a session, you can still attend, but be sure to do a quick warm-up in the hall before starting the training.
If you are significantly late, you may attend the next session without losing the first one, provided there are available spots and the next session is led by the same trainer you were originally scheduled with.
If the next session is led by a different trainer or there are no spots available in the next group, the missed session will be deducted.
