If you are slightly late for a session, you may still join; however, please perform a quick warm-up in the hall before starting the training.
If you are significantly late, you may attend the next session without losing the first one, provided there are available spots and the next session is led by the same trainer you were originally scheduled with.
If the next session is led by a different trainer, or if no spots are available, the missed session will be deducted.
